I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reality Check Systems (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied to their Technician job after seeing a job posting. I heard back about 3 days later to schedule a on site interview. Finding parking at the office in LA was tough but I was able to find a spot. The first interview was with their HR person which basically asking questions about your background, skills, experience, behavioral questions, why you're leaving your current job and etc. I felt pretty good because it was nothing to difficult to answer. I heard back within a couple of day to go for a second interview. This time I had a hard time finding parking because every spot was taken but after going around a second time, a car was leaving so I got their spot. The second interview was with the HR person and then the Engineering manager. He asked some technical questions but it wasn't tough. Then he had me take a test answering basic computer questions like what does the command ipconfig, ping, trace do. How would you troubleshoot a certain computer scenario and etc. I heard back from the HR person a week later with the offer.
