It was easy and involved two managers. One is the department manager and the other is the store manager. HR can also be present for the interview. It last approximately 20 minutes.

Pretty laid back. The questions were fairly standard. The interviewers were the department managers, and they were fairly nice and they answered any questions I had and went in to good detail about the job position.
