First Round - Questions on your background and resume projects in depth. SQL Questions based on Joins, Window functions. Basic python coding questions based on basic and decorators, numpy, pandas.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds for the Captain Team. The focus of each round varied, but overall it tested both technical fundamentals and practical problem-solving. Topics covered included statistics, probability, and data interpretation (especially retention-based data and insights), SQL at an intermediate to advanced level (query writing and verbal explanations), Python and Pandas problem-solving, and basic machine learning concepts. There were also business scenario questions in Rapido’s context, such as analyzing what data and metrics to consider when launching services in a new area and how to arrive at a data-driven decision and practice all the possible questions. Candidates were also asked to explain personal projects by screen sharing, clearly walking through the problem statement, data, approach, insights, and impact.
