Culture fit interview then technical interview. Culture fit interview is like a coffee chat, with the technical interview being a standard coding interview with an easy difficulty problem. The technical interview panel was more than fair.

The process included 4 rounds of interview. First one was with HR.The second one was with engineer from company, there were questions about OOP. The third one was technical interview (white board coding problem and one logical problem). The fourth one was about data structures and behaviour.

I had a fifteen minute pre-screen interview with the VRM director of engineering in which I was asked what I knew about the company and questioned on the principles of object oriented programming and some basic concepts such as for loops. I have since received an offer for a follow-up technical interview
