After simply applying to the program I was then scheduled a phone screen at which point they filter out a lot of candidates, which I was one. However they said that after phone screening there is a 4 hour interview with a lot of people, and then you pretty much get an offer.

Interview
Round one was just behavioral questions from HR. Round two was some questions about teamwork, resume questions, problem solving questions and some coding problems.
However, they only gave 2 business days for a decision to made after they extended an offer. I asked for an extension and got GRILLED with questions from the recruiter. I felt that it was quite unprofessional and made me hesitant about the company. Aside from that, everyone else was super nice.

2.) technical phone screening (simple questions)
3.) fly out interview that lasted about 3 hours, included an actual build session. spoke to a manager, a software engineer, the VP of product, and the chief people officer
