First is they will contact you via phone call for initial interview. Next is you will have an online assessment and if you pass the assessment you will be scheduled for a panel interview. If you passed the panel interview, next is the job offer.

There are three phases in the entire process. First, you get a call from the HR representative for an initial screening. Once you pass, you are asked to take an online assessment. The last phase is a panel interview with the engineers in the team.
