They had paper applications that you print off online and can hand in. I dropped it off to a worker and they called me back within a couple of days. I came in and it was very casual. I had dressed up looking professional but to them I was overdressed. It was very chill and casual.

Interview
The interview was very quick and easy, they just want to make sure you’re reliable with good availability. They will ask questions about previous job history, ability to lift, and ability to multitask

Do you have reliable transportation and how far do you live from the store?
I literally filled out the paper application, gave it back to them, answered three questions, and they said I could have the job. I actually took a phone call from a different job I had applied to earlier that day and while I was sitting there filling out the application, but maybe they didn't notice?
