Raffles Hotels interview questions

Got shortlisted for an interview within a week. All was good and told that within 2 weeks I would get a reply. Barely a week later received an email from HR for referee contacts so I provide them as requested. 2 weeks passed and no update. Decided to send the HR a follow up on the status of my application. HR told me its still under review and will update me asap when there is one. A week later I send another follow up email and this time got ghosted. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate for a reputable and established company to handle their candidates like this. Please dont sugarcoat by saying “still under review”. If a candidate is not selected please them so they can move on and consider other job opportunities. Livelihoods is at stake here especially during this time and you people left candidates in a limbo state.

The interview process was structured and respectful. I first had a phone screening with HR, followed by two in-person interviews—one with the department head and another with senior leadership. They asked a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions, focused on guest experience, luxury service standards, and team leadership.
