For fresher's it's one technical interview followed by an aptitude test and then group discussion. People passing out from GD gets final offer which is fixed for freshers. For experienced aptitude and GD won't be there. There will be an interview with Technical person, then Project manager(not mandatory), and then HR. Negotiation can take place for experienced.
