Terrible, first interview went well, second went well, waited ages to hear, invited for 3rd and then no one could be bothered to let me know the feedback. A lot of time and effort goes into interviews. Including preparing presentations. To be completely ghosted after is totally unprofessional

Not complicated, expectations were set, meetings were set, timing was sufficient, to the point. From the recruiter to the final offer, entire experience was very positive. I would recommend the final process of the offer letter have better expectations on timing is all.

The interviews were pretty improvised and a lot of questions were repeated by several interviewers, things like "why would you quit your current job?"
