No challanges faced felt very easy rounds, mostly judging the communication part, situational questions were frequent, interviewer was kind and looked experienced and wise,interview went for 1.5hrs and went easy

Interview
It was quick and easy. I have applied through naukri.com, it just took one day to finish off the interview process and declared me the result on the very same day. HR were helpful enough throughout the process.
Some basic questions were asked related to past experience. As I am itil certified, so they have also asked some simple questions of itil too
