Applied online to the position using the indeed search engine. Received an email saying that they would like to setup a phone interview with me. Gave dates and they responded quickly with the developer name I would be talking with. The developer called up and asked 75% Technical and 25% HR questions.

Question 1
The HR questions were very easy and it consisted of questions like 1) are you comfortable taking a leadership role? 2) Give an instance when you had a misunderstanding with a team member and how you resolved it and so on. It was easy.
