Interview
I was going for a contract UX role.
The HR person was very flaky: didn't return calls or messages. They seem to only deal through recruiters.
I went for a 1:1 to learn more about the project, answer questions about my CV and show off my portfolio.

Question 1
I've interviewed twice at RMA, the first went well but someone more experienced for the contract.
The second time I was pitched at a role which the interviewer admitted required someone to pump out wireframes with very little time.
