Don't respect candidate's time at all, HR changed the interview appointment after passing scheduled interview 30 mins. When talk to reschedule the interview, they only provide one slot for the following day, since they say they are too busy at meeting. I don't feel I get any respect.

It was a really short first-round phone interview, which takes only around 10 minutes. Just asked about the behavior question and no technical questions were involved. Overall, the interview process was good.
