The interview process was two retail salesmanagers asking questions off paper and writing down my answers. They mostly asked for specific examples of leadership skills, selling behavior, and why I wanted the position and what I thought the position was defined as in my own words. I was an internal hire which is how most Sales Leads are hired here.

It was a pretty easy I’m person interview with 2 managers. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked a few questions. It was mostly basic leadership and customer service questions.
Laid back and thorough. Started with recorded video interview before setting up an in person interview. Questions were average and interview time was fairly short. Felt as though I was able to say what was needed

Was set up as a group interview, but was very thorough, and I enjoyed real-life scenarios that were posed for us to work through as a group. Not always a fan of group interviews but was handled effectively.
