I worked at REI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

positive environment, people were kind and thoughtful

    Cons

the company is a bit paralyzed by the tech stack. It is terrible and crumbley, it makes design and innovation very difficult and causes the digital teams to move slow and slight.

    Advice to Management

start fresh - no time to waste
