Interview
Week long process, group interview. Consisted of team building exercises, ice breakers, technical questions, and personal. Technical questions were focused on products they had in the interview or products that you know of and can speak to well.

What gear would you recommend for “X” activity and why?
Asked written responses in the application. Application was followed up with by automated recording interview questions. Questions were very similar to application questions. Didn’t receive any interview with a hiring manager.
not bad. 2 rounds of interviews. simple questions and online. questions about retail experience and how to work with others. it was only with one person who was their HR lead. Only have 2 HR people working at store.

Interview
The first stage was completely online. I took the online interview which asked questions and you had 3 minutes to record your answer and submit it; three attempts could be taken. Withdrew application after a few days, so I don't know how the rest of the process is.
