It was a standard interview on HireVue: asked about myself, why I wanted to work at REI, my thoughts on good customer service, etc. Very straightforward and took like 20 minutes.

I went through a pre-recorded interview and then a Teams interview. The pre-recorded interview was pretty generic and then the Teams interview allowed for more time to get to know the role and share your skills.
I filled out info online. They requested that you do video answers online. Once that was okayed, proceeded to then do an interview online. Was then sent an offer letter
