They are very unprofessional. There're about 5 intern level "interviewers" and asked some very straightforward questions like "what are the variables in sdtm.ae", "how to convert character to numeric". They may focus on recruiting a statistician role that graduated from ivy colleges. But the work experience doesn't mater. They will not give you any feedback if they decide not to give you an offer. After 1 month, I have no idea about my interview status until contact their headquarters in China. Please try to stay away from this company if you have better options especially you are not a Chinese :)

Ask about your resume, SAS programming, R programming, and statistics concepts. I didn't expect they asked so many R programming. Since my resume are mostly SAS experience and this position suppose to focus on SAS.
