Lengthy interview 3 times long wait time, managers asked detailed questions. Waited several weeks before hearing back. They expect a lot out of there sales people it seems like. Good interview process overall
Very comfortable, more like an informal chat. A series of questions about my experience but felt at ease. Some questions were misleading however, almost like they were trying to g to get you to say the wrong thing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at R.C. Willey in Jan 2025
Interview
Fist had a phone screening with the manager for the team. Soon after they reached out to set up an in person interview with the whole team. Asked me questions about my experience and did a logic test. After the interview they've completely ghosted me. I reached out to ask for an update and never got a response. Then a month later they reposted the same job. Made it a complete waste of my time.
