Interview
Short and sweet. Right out of college and this place had the best attitude towards that situation that I’ve ever encountered. Immediately we spoke about how they like to mentor entry levels and grow their knowledge base as much as possible to best prepare for the next stage of career. I don’t know that I’ve ever heard of a company laying that out so promptly. Such a healthy attitude about this and it made me want to work there immediately. The rest of the interview was just discussing acct basics and how things are in a corporate setting, vs classroom learning.

I met with two individuals from the company, then I had to take a computerized test. The test was not too hard, but no one took the time to really explain what I had to do.

Interview
Pros - Many calls with various people at the company, including the CEO and CFO. Was great to be able to speak with them and get answers to your questions directly from leadership. Interviews were mainly conversational, not a one-sided panel of questions (very refreshing). Seem to be good people with a focus on building a family at the company.
Cons - lasted 4+ months. Handful of calls scheduled and missed without a heads up. Sometimes delays of up to 3 weeks.. Many changes in their hiring process that varied greatly from the initial expectations set on the first call. Eventually turned into being considered for an SDR role vs the direct sales role applied for.
Leverages a sales consulting partner to vet candidates. This came about in late July vs early April. Need to conform to a quick timeline as I requested a proposed call be 2 days later due to travel and previous commitments. Got feedback that this showed a lack of interest on my end and was the final say on their decision.
