Interview
Simple questions, easy and the lady sounded nice. She said it would be like an outdoor sales position and then proceeded to schedule me a second interview with the manager I believe

Interview
I had two interviews with this company and the process was very strange and unprofessional. Both interviews started late even though multiple interviewers were already in the Zoom room. They placed candidates into breakout rooms and asked very little about the actual role, responsibilities, or compensation. Most of the discussion focused on whether I would “fit their culture,” which seemed to mean socializing with coworkers outside of work rather than discussing the sales position itself.
During both interviews I was repeatedly asked about my last name and background, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. In the second interview I was placed in a breakout room and no one ever returned to continue the conversation.
Overall the experience felt disorganized and cliquish rather than professional. I would recommend candidates research the company carefully before investing time in the interview process.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Quinonez Management Group (Miami, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Good, but the job is not for everyone as it is 100% commission. However, the interview process consists of 3 interviews, which is not bad. First, a short one, a group one, then a 1 on 1, then the final interview with the boss.
