2. second phone interview with the hiring director, on-site interview,
3. timed take-home programming test
4. full day on-site interview
Intelligent people, tough questions yet you are given opportunity to present yourself fully. The culture is great, interactive, helpful people, nice open office setup.

The HR director prepared 2 full pages of behavioral questions, and he doesn't give you a break to breath between questions :p
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quantcast
Interview
Contacted by HR recruiter through phone. It was a general Q&A call, not interview.
Next, I was contacted by a member of the team who asked a few questions about interests.
Then, a timed coding test was sent.
After reviewing the test, they invited me onsite to meet with three members of the team.
At the onsite, they asked a few technical questions on coding/statistics. After onsite, they decided I wasn't a good fit

Question 1
None in particular. You just have to show you're very comfortable with the topics, but it's something that may take years of experience to build up.
