The process started off fairly normal, had a good call with the recruiter and hiring manager, but the rest of the process was incredibly slow and drawn out. At first the recruiter did everything to court me and ensure I had the best experience, but as the process went on I received less and less feedback on interviews. I went through 6 total interviews only to essentially get ghosted in the end to find out they were moving forward with another candidate. I asked for specific feedback on why I didn't get the job as all signs had pointed to me potentially being a good fit, but I never received a response back. It would be nice if a candidate goes through more than 2 interviews to receive any sort of feedback around why they didn't get the position.
