Interview process started in last week of Nov-16 .There were 6 rounds totally. 1) Group Discussion, 2)Written Round - Easy apti verbal and logical questions, 3)Technical Interview-1 - Basic concepts of Java Strings, programs related to Strings and other Core Java concepts, 4) Technical Interview- 2 - Asked about Core Java concepts and Advanced Java too, easy to crack , 5) HR - It was a normal conversation with the HR about my hobby, from where I was and all that All these rounds were conducted in the company premises in Nov-16 and I was told that I will be getting a call for a final CEO round the next week which I did not. After waiting for 15 days, I called them again but there was no response. Finally, got a call in mid of January for the CEO round 6) CEO round(Managerial round) - I was asked to report at 10:30 am but the CEO made me wait for 4 hour before the round even started. It was less of an interview and more of a conversation where the CEO was making fun of me. Unprofessional CEO, asked ridiculous personal questions which are non related to the job. Felt like he wasn't interested in hiring anyone at all Never had an interview experience like this before He expects candidates from IIT's/NIT's with 8.0 + CGPA to come work for him , clear 5 rounds for a mere salary of 7k-8k per month. I think he is clearly mistaken

My interview process was very friendly, respectful and encouraging. We had the first interview by phone. Then we talked about the certificate and the courses I took. We talked about my professional goals.
