I am an MBA (2nd year) and ex-consultant. I applied via company's website, and received invitation of phone interview via email. The interview was about 45 min long, conducted by SVP. He was very friendly and casual. Questions were mostly about my past experiece. He wanted to know very detail of the projects and what exactly I have done.
just basic accounting questions and about questions about the company's new texhnology and deals.It was a very conversational interview.Talk about previous experience and why you are suited for the role. A little more on the admin side

Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks. 2 Online meetings and 1 In-person with the whole team. They changed the hiring requirements during the process to hire internally rather than externally. Excellent communication during the process except for the final decision, which took 2 months to receive.

Interview
One phone interview two skype interviews and then the offer was within a few days very easy and straight forward process. Very exciting as well, housing is paid for! It will be interesting to see finance internship as the tech base of the compnay is focused elsewhere
