Interview
Had one interview with my manager and HR, then came back and interviewed with a director. It was very quick and painless actually and I quite enjoyed meeting them. They also introduced me to the team and they were very friendly. Felt a warm welcome immediately!
Two rounds of phone interview. Two engineers from the team called for an interview. One asked from resume and focussed on buck converter design. Another interview was on analog basics.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Austin, TX)
Interview
The Usual, They talk, You talk. They ask questions, You ask questions. Everybody sniffs each other's butts. You go out for lunch. Then you do more of the same in the afternoon.

Question 1
Q's were light & fluffy- nothing very strenuous. Very elementary, actually. I suspect QC uses the interview process just to meet requirements for H1-B qualification, to keep salaries lower. Would not waste my time here again.
