The interview process was very structured and efficient. It began with an online application, followed by an initial phone screening with HR. This was followed by a technical assessment that included coding challenges relevant to the role. The final round was an in-person interview with a panel that included the hiring manager and team members. Throughout the process, the communication was clear, and the interviewers were professional and friendly.

During my interview, one key question they asked was, "Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you handled it?" They were particularly interested in understanding my problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and how I collaborate with team members to overcome obstacles. This question allowed me to showcase my technical expertise, project management abilities, and interpersonal skills.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including technical discussions focused on data structures, algorithms, backend development, system design, and project experience. There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
