1. Step online game assessment, pretty easy, but you need to find a quiet place to focus
2. Step online english quiz, easy if you know english
3. Step an interview with HR for which it is good to prepare
4. Step an interview with the manager/director, you need to prepare with basic information about the position

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
