I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
Interview process includes 1 on campus interview followed by 3 interviews in office by senior associates and managers. All interviews were fit or behavioral interviews in my case, however prepare for the possibility to receive a few technical questions just in case. You should have a clear idea of the distinction between TS and Banking.

Question 1
Why do you want to get into valuation compared to other areas of Finance?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC (New York, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
Spoke with a Director, Principal, and Partner of the group in the NYC office. A few technical questions, specifically about the deal process. Financial modeling questions, as well as my thoughts on the M&A market.
A good amount of chit-chat in between the questions, I believe they were getting a feel for my personality and what it would be like working with them.
Know your stuff - essentially is a lite version of an investment banking interview. Buy the Rosenbaum & Pearl valuation guide and know it front to back and back to front. Have your "tell me about yourself" down, don't sound rehearsed.
Hope I could help.
