Interview
Face to face competency based interview. I had an initial 30 minute one to one and then a second panel interview with 2 interviewers. They asked me a set of competency questions and then we had a further 29 minutes discussing my aspirations for the role.
The candidate will have a first interview with a PwC recruiter or hiring manager, either in person or via video conferencing. The interview may last 45 to 60 minutes, and will focus on the candidate's experience, skills, and motivation for the position. Second Interview: If the candidate progresses to the next round, they will have a second interview with a more senior PwC manager or partner. This interview may be more focused on assessing the candidate's technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and potential fit with the team.

Interview
Interesting questions were asked in the interview to determine the candidate capability and to gauge if the candidate is ready for the job or not. Hence the candidates that are selected are often top in class employees in that field
