      Interview

Sample 1: General Interview Experience I recently attended an interview for a software developer position. The process included an initial screening round followed by a technical interview focused on JavaScript, React, and problem-solving skills. The interviewer asked about my past project experience, coding practices, and how I approach debugging. Overall, it was a smooth and informative experience. Sample 2: Technical Interview Description I participated in a technical interview where I was asked to solve coding challenges related to arrays, strings, and optimization. The interviewer also assessed my understanding of APIs, Node.js, and database queries. They discussed real-world scenarios and asked how I would design scalable solutions. The session helped me understand my strengths and areas for improvement. Sample 3: HR Interview Description My HR interview focused mainly on my communication skills, work ethic, and career goals. The interviewer asked situational questions to assess how I handle teamwork, pressure, and conflicts in the workplace. They also explained the company culture, expectations, and growth opportunities. It was a friendly and encouraging conversation that helped me understand the role better. Sample 4: Campus Interview Description During my campus interview, the panel evaluated both my technical abilities and personality traits. After a short aptitude test, I faced a panel interview where I discussed my academic projects and internships. They also asked general questions about teamwork, leadership, and adaptability. The interview helped me gain confidence and gave me insight into professional expectations

      Application

      I interviewed at PwC (Pune)

      Interview

The interview had 2 rounds. I was told it would be F2F and get completed on the same day. But it seemed more like a walk-in drive with around 200 + candidates waiting for their turn. After around 3 hrs, L1 round was completed, then got selected for L2, which felt like a never ending wait. But then HR asked for folks having experience more than 5 years to go to separate panel. I was only one so got interviewed quickly. It was disappointing though that HR team already had the details and resume, so ideally should have segregated the candidates quite early in the stage instead of wasting the whole day. After L2, HR team said they would reach back, but they did not reach in time. After 4 days , the consultant team called and told that I was selected.. But surprisingly in HR discussion, the team says they do not have budget to match my expected salary. I was disappointed as they already had each and every detail upfront. SO they should not waste a candidate's time.
