Interview
Simple, just ask behavioural questions about the companies values. Certain global questions just to show that you value the same things as the company. There were 3 rounds. First was a fit interview, then a behavioural assessment and then psychometric test.
online test- video interview-assessment centre- partner interview, and this is the whole process they use during the interview. The interview is quite clear, every part has people to guide you.
Whole day assessment centre with group case study and interview. Group activity was easy but be careful about time limit. Individual interview was mostly behavioural questions and it was very short about 30 min.

Group case + Partner interview. Not overly technical. Found out they were interviewing for this team but didn't have an open position from people I know internally. Obviously got declined however got a referral to get fast tracked to final round for another team for the next recruitment cycle.
