Pretty easy, no questions actually asked about accounting more applicable school functions, and personality based questions. Overall easy to talk with recruiters and managers. I went in knowing a few people at the firm and their experience so just go in talking about your knowledge and deeper dive- be curious
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
