Two 30 minute interviews. No technical questions, strictly very common behavioral questions. I was given half of the time to ask a partner and a manager questions. Overall, fairly straightforward.

Question 1
Name a time you worked in a team, and how did it go?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview format is usually pretty straightforward. My interview was virtual, and it typically includes one situational question, where you are given a workplace scenario and asked how you would respond, and one behavioral question, where you talk about a past experience and explain what you did, why you did it, and what the result was. The overall tone is very friendly and conversational, not overly technical or intimidating. In most cases, the interview is conducted by a partner or director, so it feels more like a professional conversation with someone senior at the firm than a high-pressure interview.
I had a connection with the current employee and got the referral. We walked into Starbucks at PwC headquarter. It was pretty lenient, but the partner was looking at me at the other table.
