Pure Staff interview questions

They did a phone screening on me and then I got called for a face to face interview. The interview seemed to go alright and the Hiring Manager was actually a nice guy, easy to talk to. They basically want to know how driven you are and what makes you a good fit for the role. They said they liked me, however I never heard of them again.
