It was a three-stage process. First interview on-line with comms consultant and HR. The second interview face to face with the MD and the Group Manager and the third interview with the 3 council leads. All interviews were with 2 or more people, with a test [prep a comms plan]and a presentation.
The HR department kept you informed all the way and were incredibly helpful and the interviewers were as friendly as they could be. It was a slick, efficient and as pleasant an interview as you're going to find. Well done Publica.
