PubMatic Javascript Software Engineer, Full Stack interview questions

Initially had a call with a recruiter and she was very pleasant to speak with. However, it did seem like she didn't have much of a background in technology and was reading from a script as the questions she asked didn't quite make sense. I moved onto a technical screen with one of the senior engineers and they asked me pretty reasonable Javascript-based questions. However, whenever I spoke to outline my thought process, they would stop me mid-sentence and tell me how that it wasn't the right solution. It was hard communicating with this interviewer as it seemed like he was just trying to get me to say what he was looking for rather than have a discussion. All in all, the process was alright, but definitely wasn't a place that I could see myself working at.
