Final interview with the Director felt unnecessarily dry and repetitive making it difficult to build any rapport or have a genuine conversation. Confusing experience to go from such a welcoming initial stage to an interrogation-style follow-up that felt discouraging rather than collaborative.

Saw the negative reviews for this company and figured ide just take a chance and not believe the reviews. Recruiter could have at least had the decency to follow up. Then you wonder why people complain and the turnover is so high with this company. It all starts in the beginning process of recruitment.
