Very unprofessional, there is a weird atmosphere of bulling and racist conversations here. Lots of talks about politics and sexually charged conversation. My first day I as asked if I was GAY. this was asked if front of the entire office. Very uncomfortable

The people who interview you are friendly and easy to talk to they are alway looking for able bodied people to work for them. You just have to be willing to work in hot conditions which sometimes the just gloss over.

Interviewed first with just one manager than had 2nd interview with 3 managers. If they call you back the job is basically yours. I feel like I asked most of the questions in the interview. Its very laxed. The managers all seem friendly

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. Typically meet with the sales manager, GM and regional sales manager at different points of the process. Don’t negotiate pay until you’ve received the offer. Starting commissions and base pays are negotiable based on your experience.
