It began with a screening call with a recruiter, then I had a 1-1 call with Talent Acquisition Manager, then a Case Interview, then a final interview with a Director in R&C

How does your background and soft skills fit within a Risk & Compliance Practice?
Pretty easy! Give you a case study and the interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. Good mix of technical and behavioral. Recruiters were also great and very good about answering any and all questions that came up
It was an amazing process and they were very responsive, I highly recommend working at Protiviti! They really take care of you and make sure that you area able to find a community in the company
the first round was a 30 minute screen with hr, final round was two back to back interviews. one was a case interview and another was a behavioral interview, not too hard
