I was approached by one of their talent acquisition specialists and went through a series of three interviews over the course of three weeks:
- The first interview was with HR, where I was asked only administrative questions. This could have been handled more efficiently through a form, as the interviewer had no details regarding the position or level they were considering for me.
- The next two interviews were with different Managing Directors, which were more engaging. I gained valuable insights into both the firm and the role.
The interviews went well, and we even reached the stage of discussing salary expectations. I was informed that the team would review my salary internally, but I never heard back from them. I find this lack of communication unprofessional—why reach out to someone only to then ignore them?
