Had an interview on campus that involved a case-study on the process of a company which was fairly easy and straightforward. Then another interview at the Protiviti Office in Philadelphia. Very enjoyable process and would recommend going to the pre-interview dinner the night before the actual interview.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
