I applied online through their website after seeing a posting on LinkedIn. While it is rare to see a company take interest in online applications without a referral I was surprised when less than a week later I received an email asking me to come in and interview. My current manager gave me a short tour of our office/showroom in Soho and asked me a lot of behavioral/situational questions, taking time to thoroughly reference my resume while also giving me the opportunity to share how I want to learn from this position, which is a primary goal of any internship. Less than a week later the HR representative reached out to me with an offer letter. Amazing, kind and respectful people. The CEO is taking a lot of heat in the reviews for some reason whereas truthfully I find that any CEO of a company with 50+ employees that takes the time to personally interview each candidate should be commended for caring that much about their people and company. A great interview process through and through.
