Promon interview questions

Interview process was straightforward and quick. I had to complete one takehome assignment which only required a few hours of time to complete. Also had to do a roleplay presentation and discuss my completion of the assignment.

The process took quite long. First, telephone screening interview with the HR. The questions are quite varied from design process to leadership. Second, will be meeting the leader of the Marketing team and another HR. Third, case study following another interview. Fourth, can be personality test. Got rejected probably because of my salary expectations, since th HR said my expectation is above the average other candidates.
