2 phone interviews, one with HR representative and 1 with CEO who would be the direct boss in this role.
The entire process took way too long for only 2 interviews. I had to constantly follow up to ask if anything had moved along. At the end of the process, there was only 3-5 of us who spoke to the CEO and I never heard anything after that conversation even after following up for probably the 4th time over the 8 weeks. It is not that difficult to send a short email saying the company went with someone else especially after being in the final stages of interviewing. Kind of a slap in the face after investing so much time into the process. This company seems really great but the interviewing process needs to be re-evaluated.
