Interview
The interview process was ordinary. The preliminary round had certain HR questions followed by the technical round where i was supposed to screen candidates , which i thought i excelled at. the round where i faltered was the last one, i.e, the interview with the MD. Briefly, she had the impression that i had demanded a CTC more than I deserved. So i can sum up that everything went very very well except the fact that i had gone beyond their expectations in the salary domain

The interview had very basic questions regarding experience, portals etc. The HR (i was attended by 2 of them) were also very friendly and encouraging. They can just catch you at the very basic questions. For me it was, that why i hadnt applied for an interview for so long , and why on earth was i audacious enough to demand 22K after being unemployed for quite a time.
