Contacted by HR representative and given a fast-tracked interview process. I have a medical condition which I was never given the opportunity to communicate and was rejected based on my ability to communicate based on the feedback I was given. I was told in the initial two rounds that I was exactly what the company was looking for and was even told in my technical round that I was correct in my diagnosis of the problem given of traffic routing to an application through a VPC with various network traffic filters. When I asked what I could improve on with the person who interviewed me technically I was told my ability to communicate, which is affected by my medical condition that I never had the opportunity to explain. Usually there is an EEO involved to communicate this and there is one now in the new job posting but there was not one that I remember or that received attention from the HR person who contacted me when I applied. I asked the HR representative who originally contacted me if I could get clarification on why my application was rejected even though I was told I got the technical portion correct while never being given an opportunity to communicate my medical condition and have yet to receive a response. This was a classic example in a company who celebrates diversity and professes inclusion yet, when confronted by a situation to have the opportunity to be inclusive to the neurodiversity community, did not do so.
