The interview process went well overall. I remember the HR as being friendly and welcoming. Three people initially interviewed me, and then more joined the session. My first impression was that everyone was approachable and kind. I was almost ready to accept their offer, but the pay they offered was relatively low, and have to work on saturday too, so I ultimately decided to go with another opportunity.
However, I did notice that the company has a high turnover rate and is constantly hiring the same position. I also came across several similar negative reviews on the RedNote platform, with many employees complaining about a toxic work environment. This created a bit of a conflicting impression for me, especially since my interview experience was quite positive.
