I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Primark Stores (Chicago, IL) in May 2025
Interview
I typically don’t write reviews about interview processes, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Primark Stores.
Over the course of four months, I participated in six interviews for a leadership role. The process was long, drawn out, and at times disorganized. At one point, the company even flew me to another location for an in-person interview. To my surprise, the individual I met with asked me no questions at all — which left me confused about the purpose of that meeting.
Despite investing significant time and energy into the process, I ultimately received a rejection with no feedback. While I understand that not every candidate can be selected, the lack of communication, structure, and respect for my time was disappointing.
Companies often emphasize the importance of candidate experience — I hope Primark reflects on this process and makes improvements, especially for senior-level candidates who are expected to demonstrate professionalism and commitment throughout.

Interview
The questions were straightforward. Friendly and kind. Spoke in the phone in the first place then went into the store for a face to face interview which was all fine.

Interview
It was quite informal and interactive. Situational questions asked which needed the STAR responses. The interviewer made me feel relaxed. Dressed informally too. Meeting lasted about 10 minutes. Also was asked to say facts about the organization.
